Roe Sworn in for 113th Congress
WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, Rep. Phil Roe, M.D. (TN) released the following statement on being sworn in for the 113th Congress:
“Representing the First District of Tennessee in the House of Representatives the last four years has been a great honor and I look forward to serving in the 113th Congress, ” said Roe “There are many challenges facing our nation, and I will continue to be a strong voice for the values of East Tennesseans.”
Roe was sworn in for his third term by House Speaker John Boehner. In the 113th Congress, Rep. Roe will continue serving on the House Veterans Affairs and Education and Workforce Committees.
