If you are having a problem with or need assistance with a Federal agency, we will need your signed authorization to conduct an inquiry. **Please note that all mail delivered to Congressional offices in Washington, D.C. is first opened off-site and undergoes an irradiation process.  This can result in delivery delays of up to six weeks or in the ruining of original documents or photos.  As a result, I recommend any mail or package sent to my attention be directed to one of the district offices in Tennessee.
